The project is located in Lakatamia Municipality. The project consists of 6 apartments, two with one bedroom and four with 2 bedrooms . Each apartment has a storage room and a covered parking space in the shed. The 2 bedroom apartments have 2 sanitary areas (a main bathroom and a shower in the main bedroom). The one bedroom apartments have 1 bathroom with shower. All apartments have a single living room – dining room, kitchen and a large covered terrace. The 2 bedroom apartments have photovoltaic and heat pump underfloor heating. The 2 bedroom penthouses have a roof-garden.
