The Residences consist of 13 apartments with one and two bedrooms. All apartments are designed with confort and privacy in mind, offering spacious accommodation with large balconies and roof gardens (for the second floor apartments). Each apartment comes in a wide choice of quality finish and is equipped with large wardrobes, spaciously designed kitchen, provisions for integrated kitchen appliances and provisions for central air conditioning.

The project also features private parking spaces for all apartments, a communal barbeque area, facilities for the disabled and an elevator. Located on the outskirts of Sotira, literally 5 minutes away from Ayia Thekla Beach and 5 from Paralimni, and it enjoys an elevated position with sea views.
