About the role

driver for you? Do you like to know the hot spots like offices, apartments, and houses in all the local neighbourhoods? If so, we’ve got the perfect job opening for you at Theophanous Estates. We’re looking for a passionate Real Estate Agent to join our team. You’ll be using your skills and knowledge to help buy and sell properties for our certified business. You’ll be working with presenting offers to our client list, as well as helping to bring new clients on board. As you’ll be showing customers our properties and helping them get a general feel for the place. Flexibility is a huge priority in this role!
Responsibilities:
- Showing potential customers around properties
- Negotiating prices and offers between clients and customers
- Reviewing, editing, and maintaining sales contracts
- Helping to promote properties and listings through social media
- Offer advice on the current real estate market to both clients and buyers
- Stay up to date on the current real estate climate in the area
- Listen carefully to customers’ requests, budgets, and needs and help to provide properties
that match this - Managing communication between buyers and sellers
Requirements:
- Valid driving licence
- Great knowledge of the local area
- Impeccable written and verbal communication in Greek and English and any other
language - Experience in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proven experience with MS Office
- Flexible schedule
- Experience with social media is preferable
- Degree in Real Estate will be considered as a plus.
